The Brownwood community gathered together on Tuesday in a feast of pancakes at the 59th Annual Kiwanis Club Pancake Supper as tradition on Election Day.
The Brownwood Coliseum was full of crazy hats and sticky fingers from the delicious pancakes, sausage and syrup. Kiwanians did the cooking and serving for thousands as the Brownwood High School Key Club helped out and gathered donations for the Children’s Miracle Network. All money raised at the event is donated to local charities and programs that help support the youth of the community. The supper continues to be a favorite event, attracting huge crowds every year.
