October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and the Ark Domestic Violence Shelter will host a candlelight vigil at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 10th at the Girling Center for Social Justice (next to Howard Payne University’s Academy of Freedom).
The vigil will honor those who lost their lives, celebrate those who survived and support those who are still fighting against domestic violence.
