District Attorney, Micheal Murray says that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis, presiding.

Dewayne Dudley,  pled guilty to the felony offense of Continuous Sexual Abuse of Young Child or Children and was sentenced to Thirty (30) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Allen Ray Reynolds, pled guilty to the felony office of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to Twenty-five (25) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Edward Lloye Wells, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Sexual Assault was revoked and sentenced to Ten (10) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Charles Robert Bennie, on probation for the felony office of Burglary of a Habitation was revoked and sentenced to Five (5) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Donothan Kane Ellsworth, pled guilty to the felony offense of Theft over $1500 under $20,000 and was sentenced to Six (6) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Billy James Chancellor, pled guilty to the felony offense of Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to Two (2) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Dannell Margarito Robles, pled guilty to the felony office of Delivery of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to Two (2) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Robles, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance was revoked and sentenced to Eighteen (18) Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

David Marcus Deeds, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance was revoked and sentenced to Twenty (20) Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Kenneth Morgan Meador, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Building was revoked and sentenced to Ten (10) Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Lorena Rivera Mantos, on probation for the felony offense of Evading Arrest was adjudicated and sentenced to Six (6) Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
