Tam Thi Nguyen, age 85 of Brownwood, passed away on July 21, 2012 at a local nursing home. She was born on December 31, 1926 in Vietnam to Ngan V. Le and Muc T. Nguyen. Tam moved to the United States in 1995 and received her American citizenship in 2002. She was hardworking and a very good mother to all of her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by four daughters, four sons, fifteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. She also leaves behind one sister. Mrs. Nguyen was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and two sisters.A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Eastlawn Memorial Park with Bobby Machen officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, July 23, 2012 at Blaylock Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home.
