Brownwood ISD Board of Trustees recently honored students, staff, local businesses and volunteers, during August’s regular meeting of the Brownwood ISD board, with certificates of excellence for their achievements and service.
Those honored received Certificates of Excellence and included the following:
Brownwood High School Band
Flute Ensemble: Brianna Rodriguez, Elisabeth Johnson, Britlynn Bitters, Colette Smith, and Abigail Burks were recognized for their First-Division award at the state competition.

Site-Based Decision Making Committee Members: Ray Tipton, Kylah Clark-Goff, Ray Garza, and Tim Espinoza were recognized for their dedicated service on the SBDM Committee the last three years.
