Stephen Keith Spencer of Santa Anna, Texas passed from this life on Friday, January 24, 2020 at 3:00 am at his residence in Santa Anna at the age of 57 years.
There will be memorial services announced at a later date in Houston, Texas.
Stephen was born February 19, 1962 in Lubbock, Texas to Kenneth and Jamie Jo Payne Spencer. He was raised in Lubbock and moved to Tomball attending the Pasadena Schools. As a resident of Tomball he was employed with Kreher Steel as operations coordinator for 30 years retiring in 2017. On July 2, 2015 Stephen married Deveda Bible in Waller, Texas and they celebrated four years of marriage. He has been a resident of Santa Anna since 2018 and was a member of the Church of Christ.
