Stephanie Marie Rivere Jernigan, 35-yrs-old, from Brownwood, Texas went to be with her Lord and Savior at 11:28 am on Thursday, September 1,2011. She passed peacefully surrounded by her family at Brownwood Regional Medical Center. Services will be held at 10:00am Saturday, September 3,2011 at Davis Morris Funeral Home in Brownwood, Texas. Bro. Dan Chapman will officiate the services. Burial to follow in Plaquemine, Louisianna.
Stephanie was born on August 4,1976 to Larry and Lucille Rivere. She married David Jernigan on May 18, 2001. She enjoyed sewing and making flower arrangements and being with her family.
Stephanie had attended Baylor University and also graduated from Texas State Technical College with Grand Board of Regents Honors. While at TSTC, she was a member of Thi Kappa Beta.
Stephanie was preceeded in death by her brother Scott, her grandfather Vincent M. Ferachi, her grandfather Rudolph Rivere, and her grandmother Elda Rivere.
She is survived by her husband David Jernigan of Brownwood, Texas, her son Blake Brown of Pride, Louisianna and 2 daughters, Bailey and Allisyn Jernigan of Brownwood, Texas, one sister Mellisa and husband Jimmy Garza of Pride, Louisianna. One brother, Micheal Rivere and wife Stacy of Corpus Christi. She also left behind many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She will be loved and missed greatly by everyone.
