The Stars of Texas Juried Art Exhibit opens Sunday, February 8th showcasing artwork of many talented artists from across the state and will also feature demonstrations presented by 29 Texan artists over the next two weeks.
These demonstrations will be presented from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. daily on weekdays throughout the event. Artists will show visitors of the exhibit how to use a variety of different media as well as share interesting techniques. The exhibit itself will be open to the public February 8th through 20th at the Depot Civic and Cultural Center in Brownwood beginning with the opening reception on February 7th. The public is invited to visit the exhibit and enjoy viewing the 109 works selected from across Texas along with the above demonstrations.
