Stanley Ennis James 65, was born on February 8, 1946, in Santa Anna, Texas to Eugene and Clara Ennis James of Trickham Texas. Mr. James passed away on February 22, 2011 at Brownwood Regional Medical Center. He married Lytha Faulknor on November 16, 1968.
He was a Christian and Baptist affiliation.
He is survived by two sons, Jeffrey James of Brownwood and Sterling James and wife Tasha, of McGregor, Texas; three daughters, Sophie Thomison and husband Roger, of Brownwood, Corey Rivera and husband Tom, of Bangs, and Carissa James of San Marcos. He is also survived by two brothers, Clayburn James and wife Mildred, and Grady James and wife Scottie, of Fort Worth; one sister Sherrill McIlvain and husband Tommie, of Bangs; 8 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and other family members.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Clara James.His body was cremated under the direction of Heartland Funeral Home.
