Brownwood News – A small snake slithered into an electrical substation near Santa Anna Monday morning.  The result was a loss of electricity to several hundred AEP customers in an around Santa Anna.  According to the City of Santa Anna a fuse was replaced and electrical power was back on within an hour of it going out.
