Funeral services for Smith “Smitty” McArthur will be held Saturday, September 17th, 2016, 12:00 pm at Victory Life Church, located at 701 CC Woodson. Visitation will be held at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Brownwood on Friday, September 16th, 2016, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
