District Attorney, Micheal Murray reported that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

  • Richard Robert Garcia pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to Twenty (20) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Deserie Marie McAnally pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to Five (5) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Carlos Liendo pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of Marijuana-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to Three (3) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Stephanie Percival pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentence to Two (2) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Candy Joe Norwood, on probation for the felony offense of Delivery of Marihuana was adjudicated and sentenced to Two (2) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
  • Michael Carpenter pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Twelve (12) Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
