District Attorney, Micheal Murray reported that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.
Richard Robert Garcia pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to Twenty (20) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Deserie Marie McAnally pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to Five (5) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Carlos Liendo pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of Marijuana-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to Three (3) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Stephanie Percival pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentence to Two (2) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Candy Joe Norwood, on probation for the felony offense of Delivery of Marihuana was adjudicated and sentenced to Two (2) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
