District Attorney, Micheal Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Steve Ellis presiding.

  • William McArthur Westerman pled guilty to the felony offense Manufacture of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Eleven (11) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • John Raymond Balencia pled guilty to the felony offense of Indecency with a Child and was sentenced to Nine (9) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Charles Frank King, III pled guilty to the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Eight (8) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.
  • Bernardo Javier Dominguez, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of  a Habitation was revoked and sentenced to Six (6) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Ruben Abraham Dillard pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of Prohibited Weapon and was sentenced to Four (4), Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further Dillard, on probation for the felony offense of Evading Arrest was adjudicated and sentenced to Twelve (12) Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
  • Julian Gonzalez pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Twleve (12) Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
