Shirlie Darlene Johnson was born on April 27, 1950 in Coleman, Texas to Earl Field and Billie Louise Day Baldock. On July 18, 1978, she married Carl David Johnson in Big Spring and he preceded her in death on April 23, 1995. Mrs. Johnson was a Baptist, homemaker, certified nurse’s aid and had lived in Brownwood since 1991 moving here from Big Spring.

Preceded in death by her husband, parents E.F. and Billie Baldock, two brothers Ronnie and Larry Baldock and one sister Betty Atkinson.
