Shirley passed away Monday, March 06, 2017, at a local nursing home. She was born on April 1, 1937, to Lester and Ola Gladys (Ritenour) Whetzel in Rockville, Maryland.
Shirley is survived by her daughter, Robin Crouch of Brownwood; son, David Ottwell of Arizona; and 2 grandchildren.
