Shirley Lash Woolf was born November 4th, 1928 to immigrants (from Russia and Latvia) Samuel and Emma Lash, in New York City, New York. She died August 5th, 2019 at the age 90+, peacefully knowing the Lord Christ Jesus. Shirley was a teacher with points towards a doctorate in education, a writer, executive assistant, and an intellectual critic. She is survived by her children Emmett, Michael, Jeanne and Claudia; her grandchildren Sarah, Cynthia, Cody, Jordan, Courtney, Kariann, Seth, Josh, Brandy, Zachary, Megan, Hannah, Samantha, Kyle, Jessica, Michael, Daniel and great-grandchildren Joshua, Samantha, Alexandria, Crysta’lyn, Willow, Evangeline, Cody Jr., Abi, Libby, Reagan, Elana, Madelyn, Jonathan, Daniel, Dominique, Jordyn, D’Artagnan, Justice, and Julius.
A small memorial service will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday August 16th, 2019 at Haven of Hope Church, 1617 Main Blvd., Brownwood, Tx. 76801
