Graveside Services for Shirley Gray, age 74, of Bangs will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday January 9, 2011 at the Rocky Creek Cemetery with Bill Wells officiating, interment to follow under the direction of Davis Morris Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Saturday evening at the funeral home. Mrs. Gray passed away Thursday January 6, 2011 in Odessa.
Shirley was born on May 18, 1936 in Houston, Texas, her parents were Millard and Gladys Holbrook. She married Gerald L. Gray and he preceded her in death in 1990. She was known for her love of dancing and enjoyed attending Senior Dances whenever she got the chance.
Shirley is survived by her sons, Gerald E. Gray and wife Sharon of Notrees, Tx and Alan D. Gray and wife Molly of Dallas; a daughter, Kim Baumguardner and husband Sam of Notrees; granddaughter, Charis Nutter and husband Rod and their children, Shandon and Braedon; Grandson Chad Gray and his children Blake and Georgia; Granddaughter, Melissa Kelley and husband Brian and their son Ethan; Granddaughter Holly Davison and husband Larry and their children, Caindon, Brianna, Isabella, and Maverick; grandson Casey and children Preston, Kapri, and Kennedi; Grandson Jade and wife Kelsi; Grandson Donhavan; Grandson Jeremy Baumguardner; Granddaughter, Stacy Hanson and husband Matt and children McKenzie and Kelsie; and Grandson Sammy Baumguardner and wife Miranda and their daughter Ella Grace.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Gerald Gray.
