God gained a beautiful angel on September 28th, 2018. Sherry Reeder Carr, 53, passed away peacefully at her home in Brown County with her loving family by her side. Her Celebration of life will be at the Grosvenor Baptist Church this Saturday, May 12th, at 12 noon. Anyone wishing to join in saying goodbye and the celebration of this amazing woman, are more than welcome. Please wear bright colors. She, as her personality so resonated, loved color.
Sherry Sue was born September 23, 1965 in Comanche County, Texas to Buddy Gene and Kathryn Sue Bridges Reeder and was a graduate of Blanket High School. She was married to David Carr in April 2010 in Brownwood and was a member of the Grosvenor Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, reading and family.
Survivors include her husband David Carr; son David Carr II; daughter Brandy Flores; mother Kathryn Reeder; sisters Wynnette Williams, Tressa MaGlasson and Shannon Reeder. Numerous nieces, nepews and other family members also survive.
She was preceded in death by her father Buddy Reeder.
