BrownSheilaFuneral Services for Sheila Hamilton Brown, age 62, of Brownwood, Texas, formerly of Abilene will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at the Heartland Funeral Home in Early.  Interment will follow at Greenleaf Cemetery.  The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.  Mrs. Brown passed away Sunday, September 25, 2016 in Abilene Regional Medical Center after a lengthy battle with Breast Cancer.

Sheila was born December 31, 1953 to Harold Homer Hamilton and Jewel Deola Estep Hamilton in Abilene, Texas.  Sheila attended Abilene High School and enjoyed working on the family farm during her younger years.  In 1990 she married David Brown in Abilene and had been a resident of Brownwood for several years where she managed Corina’s Restaurant.  Sheila enjoyed antiques, shopping but, most of all spending time with her family.  She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

Survivors include her children David Wallace and wife Kristy of Eula, Shalae Robinson of Brownwood, Donnie Burke and wife Stephanie of Eula, Terrance Burke and wife Kristen of Abilene; five grandchildren Kirsten Robinson, James Robinson Jr., Emily Wallace, David Burke and Jordyn Burke; two great grandchildren Addyson and Isabella Robinson.

Sheila was preceded in death by her father Harold Homer Hamilton, mother Jewel Deola Estep Hamilton Perry, husband David Brown and sister Debbie Hedges.
