District Attorney Micheal Murray said today that several felony cases were recently heard in 35th District Court with Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

  • Billy Gene Baker, Jr., on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation was revoked and sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Megan Irons, on probation for the felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity was adjudicated and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Robin Annette Pulliam pled guilty to the felony offense of Robbery and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Roger C. Edwards, on probation for the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated was revoked and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Monique Sandoval, on probation for the felony offense Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity was revoked and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Ceiliee Shawntee Ellsworth, on probation for the felony offense of Injury to a Child was adjudicated and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
