District Attorney Michael Murray reported that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.
Kelli Jean Wynne pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to Fifteen (15) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Wynne pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Fifteen (15) Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
Justin Ray Pesina pled guilty to the felony offenses of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and Retaliation and was sentenced to Eight (8) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Martin Frederick Coronado, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon was adjudicated and sentenced to Seven (7) Years, Texas Department of Justice, Institutional Division.
Michael Royce Hobbs pled guilty to the felony offense of Retaliation and was sentenced to Five (5) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Martha Chavez, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Assault Against a Public Servant was revoked and sentenced to Four (4) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Amanda Lynn Eason, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation was adjudicated and sentenced to Four (4) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division.
