Brownwood News – District Attorney, Micheal Murray says the following felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis, presiding.
Jimmy Grant Reeves, pled guilty to the three separate felony offenses of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to Fifteen (15) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Eugene Bishop, Jr., pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to Twelve (12) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
William Scott Mccaslin, on probation for the felony offense of Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information was revoked and sentenced to Seven (7) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Mccaslin, pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Twelve (12) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
Keith James Aubel, pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to Six (6) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Timothy Seider, on probation for the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated was revoked and sentenced to Six (6) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Daniel Lee Mendieta, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone was adjudicated and sentenced to Five (5) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Mendieta, pled guilty to the felony offenses of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and Evading Arrest and was sentenced to Two (2) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Fernando Lopez, pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Family Violence-Enhanced and was sentenced to Five (5) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Lopez, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation was adjudicated and sentenced to Five (5) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Antemio Landa, pled no contest to the felony offense of Assault Family Violence -Enhanced and was sentenced to Two (2) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Jillian Loretta Clark, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance was adjudicated and sentenced to Twenty (20) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
Janetha Kaye Brooks, pled guilty to the felony offense of Theft-Enhanced and was sentenced to Fifteen (15) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
