The Texas State Comptroller’s office released sales tax information for the month of September.
The allocations for most of the area have been seeing a decrease as compared to last year except for Bangs. They are up in sales tax revenue allocation for the month and so far for the year.
Brownwood saw a drop of over 9% for the month compared to September 2008 and about 3% for the year compared to the same period last year.
