Funeral Services for Rosetta Webb Prewitt Rice, age 70, of Brownwood, Texas will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, September 24, 2018 at the Mt Zion Baptist Church under the direction of Heartland Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Bangs Cemetery. A wake will be held 6:00- 8:00 pm Friday at the church. Mrs. Rice passed away Sunday, August 16, 2018 at her residences.
