Funeral services for Rose Marie Northrup, 43, of Brownwood, will be held at 2 pm on Friday, February 28, in the Netherton Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Brian Hall officiating.
Interment will follow in Greenleaf Cemetery under the direction of Netherton Funeral Home and Cremations. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 pm on Thursday, February 27, at the funeral home.
Ms. Northrup passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 in Fort Worth.
Rose Marie Garza was born on October 13, 1970, to Isaias Garza and Alicia Herrera Garza in Coleman, Texas. She graduated from Santa Anna High School and went on to be an LVN. She had lived in Brownwood for the last seven years, moving here from Santa Anna.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her partner, Jeromy Farmer of Brownwood; father, Isaias Garza of Brownwood; sisters, Ruth Pannell of Van Buren Arkansas and Elsa Garza of Brownwood; brothers, Ike Garza and wife Sabrina and David Garza, all of Brownwood. She is also survived by her grandfather, Manuel Herrera of California and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and numerous friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Alicia H. Ibarra.
