Funeral services for Rosa Olivia Holder, 91, of Brownwood, Texas will be held 10 a.m. Monday, April 4, 2011 at the Heartland Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Heflin Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home. She passed away Friday, April 1, 2011 in a local nursing home.
Mrs. Holder was born on April 20, 1920 in Roby, Texas to Arthur Hugo and Laura Jewel Warshaw Balko. On June 5, 1937 she married Norvel Bearl Holder in McCamey, Texas. They made their home in Imperial, Texas from 1959 to 2004. In 2004 she moved to the Owens Community where she was a member of the Home Extension Club. She also volunteered for the Good Samaritans and was a member of the Blanket Methodist Church.

Katie Greene, Zachary Hooper, Sydney Hooper, Kaylee Coleman and Megan Johnson
Preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Polly Dennis and a brother Frank Balko
