Funeral Services for Ronald Grice, age 70, of Zephyr, Texas will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, August 3, 2012 at the Heartland Funeral Home with Lyn Rice officiating. Interment will follow in the Wolf Valley Cemetery. The family will receive friends
6:00 – 7:30 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Mr. Grice passed away Tuesday,
July 31, 2012 at his residence.
Ronald Gene Grice was born on February 10, 1942 in Anson, Texas to Elda Auburn and Edna Gladys Hardy Grice. On, July 30, 1960 he married Marscilla Gifford in May, Texas. After raising their family in Dallas, Texas they moved to Miles, Texas. He was a member of the Belemore Baptist Church in San Angelo and was a retired plant manager for the San Angelo Feed Lot. Mr. Grice was a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association. He enjoyed being outdoors and the wildlife and had many hobbies including fishing, hunting, photography and reading.

Daughters: Connie Rice and husband Lyn of Blanket, Texas; Tammy Zamora and husband Carlos of Heartland, Texas; and Milinda Grice of Cypress, Texas
Brother: Larry Grice and wife Alice of Abilene, Texas
Sister-in-law: Francis Grice of Mertzon, Texas
Grandchildren: Amanda Bundick and husband Heath, Brian Rice, Crystal Rice, Kevin Zamora, Shane Zamora, Aaron Zamora, Milissa Jagow and Emily Jagow.

Preceded in death by his father E.A. “Red” Grice, mother Gladys Grice and one brother Morris Grice.
