Ronald Anthony Harling, 60 of Lewisville formerly of Brownwood passed away Monday July 1, 2019 at Medical City Lewisville with family by his side. Funeral Services will be held Saturday July 13, 2019 at 11am at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Visitation will be held Friday from 6-8pm at the Brownwood Funeral Home Chapel.
Ronald, also known as “Puff”, was born in Brownwood, TX to Robert Harling Sr. and Nellie Hawyer-Luckey. Ronald received his primary education from Brownwood Schools. Ronald had a very outgoing personality. Loved to laugh and could put a smile on anyone’s face. He loved his family and getting together for family events. Puff loved watching sports, and his favorite team was the Dallas Cowboys.
He was preceded in death by his father Robert Harling Sr., son Edward Earl Franklin, brothers Robert Harling Jr., Lyndon Harling Sr., and sister Pamela Franklin.
Left to cherish his memory’s are wife Petronila Lago of Lewisville, mother Nellie Luckey of Brownwood, daughters Rhonda Franklin and Darcel of Lewisville, Geneva Franklin-Broadnax and David of Grand Prairie, brother Phillip Harling of Brownwood,
5 grandchildren: Tyriq Bradley, Edward Earl Franklin Jr., Khevon Calamease, Kaiyai Johnson, and Nautica Gaines
5 great grandchildren: Kourtnei, Kingston, Aniya, Zuri, and Mia.
