Officers arrived at the store and around the area and learned from a male employee that an unknown male entered the store and robbed them with an unknown weapon. Hardman told her that ‘he had a gun on her’ and he grabbed hold of her from behind. Hardman spoke with the male employee and demanded money and cigarettes. When this was given, Hardman continued out the store and into the alleyway toward 5th St. The female victim told Hardman that he had what he wanted and could let her go but he refused. They made it to the open field and Hardman forced the female clerk to the ground and demanded oral sex. At this moment, the female clerk observed officers in the area and she broke free from Hardman and ran toward them.
