Richland Springs ISD recently received a grant of 40 gallons of WeatherAll exterior paint from Weakley-Watson True Value Hardware.
Richland Springs was selected as a winner of the grant through the True Value Foundation’s “Painting a Brighter Future” program. The True Value Foundation awarded the paint grants to 112 schools across the nation, based on need. The value of the grant is over 1200.00. Richland Springs plans to use the grant to repaint the exterior of classroom buildings.
Accepting the paint are Don Fowler, Superintendent of the Richland Springs ISD, and Armando Garcia, maintenance supervisor. Representing Weakley-Watson Hardware and True Value are Mike Blagg and Kathy Kelly.
