Graveside services Richard Franklin Delisle, age 55, of Azle and formerly of Brownwood, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 6, at Eastlawn Memorial Park. Interment will follow under the direction of Netherton Funeral Home and Cremations. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Mr. Delisle died Sunday night at All Saints Hospital in Ft. Worth.
Richard was born May 30, 1955 in Sherman, Texas, the son of the late Dallas and Leota (Thomas) Delisle. He married Renee Roth in Placid on January 1, 1995. He was a member of Placid Baptist Church. Richard was a wonderful, loving, sensitive, kind-hearted man who touched many lives. He was proud to have worked for MHMR for 12 years in Brownwood, Stephenville and Weatherford.
Survivors include his wife, Renee Delisle of Azle; children, Jonathon Delisle of Iraq, Brandi Delisle of Brownwood, Timothy Delisle of Anson and Erica and Jay Herd of Azle; sister, Almeta Pierce of Brownwood and Mauriettia Creel of Hitchcock; and grandchildren, Destiny, Haylee, Donna, J.C., Dallas and Asia.
In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his sister, LaJuana Curry.
