The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, July 8 to celebrate the opening of Flour Power Bakery in Brownwood. They specialize in cakes for all occasions, cupcakes and other baked goods, and ice cream. Party consultation is also available as well.
