Graveside services for Rex Stone, age 70, of Bangs, Texas will be held 3:00 P.M. Sunday, May 20, 2012 at the Bangs Cemetery with Chaplain Tony King officiating under the direction of the Heartland Funeral Home.
Rex Alvin Stone was born on October 23, 1941 in Brownwood, Texas to Horace Harrison and Louene Jeanette Walker Stone. He grew up and attended school at Bangs where he excelled in athletics. Mr. Stone served in the United States Navy and was a lifetime resident of this area.
