The 2016 Lunch-N-Learn series of horticultural program will begin today, April 6th. These programs will all be held at the Brown County Extension Office located at 605 Fisk Avenue in Brownwood, Texas. The dates/speakers of the programs are:
April 6 – Home/Landscape pesticide use, Scott Anderson, Brown CEA-AG
May 12 – Butterfly/Pollimoths, Dr. Charles Allen, Extension Specialist, Entomology, San Angelo
June 1 – Gourmet Gardens, Bob Anderson, Garlicmeister
July 6 – Mulch/Compost, Daniel Graham, Brownwood Community Garden
September 7 – Recommended Small Fruits to Grow at Home
All of the programs in the Lunch-N-Learn Series will be held from 12 noon – 1:00 p.m. These programs are sponsored by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and the Brown County Master Gardener’s.There will be a $25 registration fee to attend the series of programs or a $10 fee to attend any single program.
