A bicycle rodeo will be held on Saturday, April 27th from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The event will be held at Coggin Avenue Baptist Church, located at 1815 Coggin Ave. Children are invited to attend with their bikes and learn bicycle safety.
Brownwood Municipal Police Association will be on hand helping with bicycle registration and collecting can goods for Good Samaritan Ministries.
The Brownwood Police Department encourages all bicycle owners to register bicycles in case they are lost or stolen so that they can be identified. If recovered by police, they can be claimed by the proper owner.
Guardian EMS has donated 2 bicycles that will be given away during the event.
