ComputerGiveawayFor the second time this year, the Boys and Girls Club of Brownwood is giving away a computer to one of its members.

To be eligible to win, member parents should sign up for and attend a series of parenting classes. These classes will be presented by Family Services Center and begin Monday, October 1st from 5:30 – 6:30 PM at the Boys and Girls club at 1600 Avenue K in Brownwood. For each class attended, a ticket will be entered into the drawing for the computer. A participant must attend at least 7 of the 10 sessions to be eligible to win.

The parenting classes will focus on special techniques to use with children to improve communication, compliance and parent/child bonding. For more information, call the Boys and Girls Club at 641-2582 or Family Services Center at 646-5939. FSC is funded in part by TFDTS, United Way and private donations.
