At Wednesday night’s regular school board meeting, Brookesmith ISD recognized Mrs. Mildred Reeves of Brookesmith for 30 years of teaching.
Most of the current school board members had Mrs. Reeves as a teacher when they were students at Brookesmith according to officials of BISD.
