ReedWilliamsThe Brown County Republican Women’s Club will host their monthly luncheon at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, October 9th at the Brownwood Country Club with guest speaker Reed Williams, Candidate for Senate District 24.

Mr. Williams is one of several candidates running for State Senate District 24.  Reed indicates that he is a solid conservative leader who will fight intrusions from the Federal Government while maintaining fiscal responsibility in Texas.  Reed states he is committed to preserving religious institutions, ensuring the sanctity of life, defending private property rights, protecting Texas’ military installations that train and support state’s soldiers, and guaranteeing Second Amendment rights.

BCRW and Pecan Valley Republican Women Clubs are working together to give all the candidates running for this office an opportunity to speak at one of their monthly luncheon meetings before the primary elections.

Good Samaritan Ministries is asking BCRW to donate cans of pumpkin to be placed in Christmas Boxes this year.  Please bring canned pumpkin to the meeting to help friends and neighbors in Brown County.

Membership with the Brown County Republican Women’s Club is not necessary to attend. Cost of the luncheon is $14 per person payable at the door.

Please RSVP to Anne Casas at annecasas42@gmail.com or leave a message at 325-641-2789 by Wednesday, October 7th.
