Wednesday, April 2
*12:34 PM – Brownwood Police were called to Wal-Mart regarding disorderly conduct. According to the report, officers observed a male subject yelling profanities in a public place which incited an immediate breach of the peace. The suspect was issued a citation for disorderly conduct and issued a criminal trespass warning for the business, the report states.
Thursday, April 3
*11:01 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Melwood Street regarding criminal mischief. According to the report, the complainant stated that an unknown suspect had “slashed” her vehicle’s tires sometime during the night.
*11:55 AM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding identity theft. According to the report, the complainant told the officer that an unknown suspect had used some of his personal information to obtain an online loan.
*4:11 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Bailey Street regarding disorderly conduct. According to the report, a female complainant stated that another female threatened to assault her. The other female stated that the female complainant and her mother had threatened to assault her, the report states. The incident was documented, the report states.
*Brownwood Police arrested 22-year-old Charles Devlyn Dyess of Brownwood on a warrant related to theft of property equal or greater than $50 less than $500.
*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 59-year-old Sun Sek Jin of Brownwood on a warrant related to possession delivery of drug paraphernalia
*Texas Juvenile Justice Department arrested 17-year-old Earlnesha Lynn Newell of the Ron Jackson State Juvenile Corrections Center on a warrant related to assault public servant.
*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 20-year-old David Michael Smithson of Early on a warrant related to theft of property equal or greater than $50 less than $500.
