As officers arrived at the location they met Ann Wilder at the door leaving the residence.  Investigators could smell an odor coming from the residence that was indicative of the manufacturing of methamphetamine.  Investigators entered the residence and located Gary Beason and Mickey Funderburg, who were in the process of manufacturing methamphetamine.  Beason, Funderburg and Wilder were placed into custody.  Also located in the residence was the three year old daughter of Funderburg.

Due to the conditions that the child was found in Guardian EMS was contacted and the child was transported to the hospital to be examined.  Child Protective Service was contacted and after investigating the incident further released the child to family members.

A complete investigation and search of the residence was conducted.  Items located included items associated with the use  and manufacturing of methamphetamine, and marijuana.  Components of a methamphetamine lab were also seized.

Beason and Funderburg were charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Transport of Certain Chemicals with Intent to Manufacture, and Abandoning or Endangering a Child. Ann Wilder was arrested for Possession of Marijuana.
