Wednesday, September 20th
A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy was travelling south bound on HWY 183 S. when he observed a 2 door red Kia passenger car displaying no license plates travelling north bound. After making contact with the individuals in the vehicle, identified as Celia Hernandez and Haley Landreth, the deputy reportedly smelled the odor of Marijuana from inside the vehicle. After a Probable Cause search, 66 grams of THC and 2 grams of Marijuana was located. Both Hernandez and Landreth were arrested and transported to the Brown County Jail, charged with Possession Penalty Group 2 4G>400G in a Drug Free Zone, and Possession of Marijuana 2oz or less.
*7:30 a.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 800 block of Bailey in reference to a theft.
*5:13 p.m. Brownwood Police responded to the 1000 block of Lackey in reference to a follow up for theft. This call led to the arrest of Justice Hall for Evading Arrest.
*7:05 p.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to a north Brownwood business for a theft report. Cynthia Flanagan was arrested for theft, due to prior convictions.
*9:21 p.m. Brownwood Police were flagged down in a south Brownwood neighborhood while on patrol. A report for Criminal Mischief was taken.

*1:14 a.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to a north Brownwood residence for a harassment report.
