Friday, November 17th
*1:37 p.m. Brownwood Police made contact with a suspicious subject in the 500 block of W. Commerce Street. Upon contact, the subject handed the officer a glass pipe which contained burning marijuana. The man was arrested for possession of marijuana, less than 2 ounces.
*7:40 p.m. Brownwood Police spoke with a complainant at the Law Enforcement Center regarding a theft. The victim told officers they had briefly left a wallet containing cash and ID in a shopping basket unattended. The victim later realized the wallet was stolen, including over $600 in cash.
Saturday, November 18th
*12:06 a.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2100 block of Slayden in reference to a hit and run.
*9:30 a.m. Brownwood Police responded to the 1600 block of 2nd Street in reference to a Theft of a Firearm and a burglary of a vehicle.
*5:20 p.m. Brownwood Police responded to the 400 block of W. Commerce Street in reference to a sexual assault. An investigation is ongoing.
*7:06 p.m. Brownwood Police responded to the 1900 block of Belle Plain Street in reference to a theft. The suspect was issued a Class C Misdemeanor citation for theft of service.
Sunday, November 19th
*12:42 a.m. Brownwood Police conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of S. Broadway Street. During the course of this stop, Scott Mynar was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
*9:00 a.m. Brownwood Police responded to the 500 block of W. Commerce Street in reference to a hit and run.
*11:39 a.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 400 block of W. Commerce Street in reference to criminal trespass. After investigation, officers arrested Diana Maria Ramos for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 < 1 gram, Possession of a Dangerous Drug, Evading Arrest/Detention, and theft of property less than $100.
*3:49 p.m. Brownwood Police conducted a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Avenue D. After investigation, officers arrested Christi Jo Hale for Manufacturing/Delivery of a Controlled Substance = 1G < 4G in a Drug Free Zone, and Tampering with Evidence. According to the report, officers found two plastic bags containing a crystal like substance believed to be methamphetamine, a digital pocket scale, and three cell phones.
*6:21 p.m. Brownwood Police responded to the 1500 block of Terrace Drive in regards to a theft.
*8:26 p.m. Brownwood Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1100 block of Beaver Street. The driver of the vehicle was found to have an active warrant for his arrest and was also found to be in possession of a substance believed to be methamphetamine. Christopher Burfield was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG1<1G in a Drug Free Zone as well as Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.
*8:49 p.m. Brownwood Police conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of W. Commerce Street. During the course of the stop, officers arrested Brandon Morgan for possession of narcotics after officers found a plastic cigarette box wrapper with 7 white pills believed to be Clonazepam, and a zip lock bag containing a small amount of marijuana.
*10:25 p.m. Brownwood Police responded to the 2500 block of Good Shepherd Drive in Brownwood regarding a noise complaint. After further investigation, officers issued 11 citations for underage drinking.
*11:00 p.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to a south Brownwood residence in reference to a domestic disturbance. A male and female couple were involved in an argument and the female alleged that she was touched in an offensive manor by the male.
Monday, November 20th
*2:14 a.m. Brownwood Police conducted a traffic stop in the 500 BLK of W. Commerce Street in Brownwood, Texas which resulted in the arrest of Patricia Tibbetts for Driving While Intoxicated, 1st offense.
