Wednesday, July 19th
*9:30 a.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2400 block of Vincent for criminal mischief. According to the report, a rear window of a minivan was damaged.
*10:26 a.m. Brownwood Police responded to the 1500 block of Davis Lane in regards to a theft call. A case number was generated and the case is still active.
*9:00 p.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to a rest area in the 500 block of East Commerce Street. A male and female were instructed to vacate the rest area/park. The pair refused to comply with the officers, and were arrested for violating transportation code 545.411, a class C misdemeanor.
