Tuesday, March 7th

*10:12 p.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to a domestic disturbance near the 800 block of 6th Street. According to the report a husband and wife were involved in a physical altercation and an active report was filed.

*2:32 p.m. Brownwood Police conducted a traffic stop near the 1000 block of West Commerce Street. During the stop, officers located narcotics in the vehicle, and Melissa Ann Colcleasure was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, less than 1 gram.

Wednesday, March 8th

*6:36 p.m. Brownwood Police responded to a complainant at the Law Enforcement Center regarding a theft.

 

Friday, March 10th

*8:30 a.m. Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the Law Enforcement Center regarding a theft of a phone.

*9 a.m. Brownwood Police conducted a traffic stop on West Commerce Street after the officer noted a red Dodge pickup failing to maintain a single lane. After making contact with the driver, officers determined the individual was intoxicated and arrested Abel Rodriguez Sr. for Driving While Intoxicated, 3rd or more offense. Officers also arrested the passenger, Abel Rodriguez Jr., for Public Intoxication.

*12:43 p.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 400 block of West Commerce regarding a theft. A citation was issued to the suspect.

*1:18 p.m. Brownwood Police collected two counterfeit bills from Walmart that had been passed by a customer. A report was filed.

*8:24 p.m. Brownwood Police responded to a call from the 1600 block of Borden Street regarding a burglary of a habitation. The residence showed signs of forced entry, and electronic equipment was reported stolen. An investigation is ongoing.

*8:28 p.m. Brownwood Police responded to a domestic disturbance near the 100 block of Hillview Circle. After investigation, officers arrested Stephen Finch for Assault with Injury/Family Violence – Strangulation.

*11:54 p.m. Brownwood Police conducted a traffic stop near the 1000 block of Coggin Avenue. During the stop, a small amount of drug paraphernalia was located in the vehicle and the driver was issued a citation.

Saturday, March 11th

*8:40 a.m. Brownwood Police conducted a traffic stop near the 1500 block of 3rd Street. During the stop, officers arrested Taylor Michelle Ancinec Lewis for Possession of Marijuana, less than 2 ounces, Possession of a Controlled Substance, less than 1 gram, and Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence, as well as Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.

*10:46 a.m. Brownwood Police were called to a disorderly conduct incident near the 800 block of 6th Street. Upon further investigation, officers arrested Triena Lashey Wilson for Disorderly Conduct.

*12:59 p.m. Brownwood Police were called to 400 West Commerce regarding a theft. After investigation, officers arrested Bradley Kinsey for Theft, more than $100, less than $750, as well as a Travis County warrant.

*4:44 p.m. Brownwood Police responded to a domestic disturbance near the 700 block of Booker Street. After investigation, officers arrested Frank Aaron Fletcher III for Assault with Injury/Family Violence.

Sunday, March 12th

*1:05 a.m. Brownwood Police conducted a traffic stop near the 800 block of Norwood Street. During the stop, officers arrested Arnoldo Mendoza for Driving While Intoxicated, and Open Container.

*2:21 p.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2200 block of Avenue D regarding criminal mischief. A report was filed.

*8 p.m. Brownwood Police responded to a call from Brady Avenue regarding a theft. The complainant told officers a known suspect had stolen rear tail lights for a 2003 Mustang from the front porch.

*10:43 p.m. Brownwood Police conducted a traffic stop on CC Woodson Road. During the stop, officers arrested Ramon Silva for driving While Intoxicated, 3rd or more offense.

Monday, March 13th

*12:03 a.m. Brownwood Police conducted a traffic stop near the 100 block of West Austin Avenue. During the stop, officers arrested Matthew Esquivel for Driving While Intoxicated.
