Phillip “Stretch” Westerman, 60, of Brownwood, TX passed away Saturday, April 20, 2019.  A graveside service will be held Saturday, April 27, 2019 in the Jenkins Springs Cemetery at 10 AM under the direction of the Heartland Funeral Home.
