Pedro was born on June 11, 1967 in Menard, Texas to Pedro and Maria Huro Vargas. He married Rhonda Bell on May 8, 1991 in Brownwood. He attended the Victory Baptist Church and had resided in the area since 1990.

Eric Rosalez of Arlington, Texas
He is also survived by his pride and joy his grandson Ernesto Apolonio Mendez and by numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his father Pedro Vargas and a brother Gilberto Vargas.
Services will be Monday October 18, 2010, 2:00 PM at Heartland Funeral Home Chapel
