Graveside services for Paula Kay Figueroa, age 54, of Brownwood, will be held at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, August 28, at Rocky Creek Cemetery with Reverend Mary D. D’Alessio officiating. She passed away Thursday, August 26, at a local nursing home.
Paula was born September 29, 1955 in Breckenridge, Texas. She had been a resident of Brownwood for six years and lived in San Antonio prior to that. Paula graduated high school in Carlsbad, New Mexico in 1973. She was a Presbyterian and a homemaker.
Survivors include her daughter, Leah Breeding of San Antonio; mother, Ruth Wallace of Lake Brownwood; brother, William Wallace of Lake Brownwood; sisters, Suzanne Wells of New Mexico and Stephanie Price of Early; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friend, Clois.
Paula was preceded in death by her father, Matthew Wallace and sisters, Diana Walker and Pamela Magby.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Cross Country Healthcare and Lighthouse Hospice for the loving care they gave to Paula.
