CadenheadPatricia (Pat) Diann Cadenhead, 74, of Rotan, passed away December 12, 2014. Visitation will be Thursday, December 18, 2014, at the First Baptist Church, Rotan, Texas from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Graveside services will be December 20, 2014, at Greenleaf Cemetery, Brownwood, Texas, at 1:00 p.m.

Pat was born in Ft. Stockton on September 20, 1940, to Prestle Penn and Dee Pointer Penn. In September 1957, she married the love of her life, Jack Cadenhead in Brownwood, Texas. Two sons soon followed, Jack Jr. and Michael. Pat retired from the Fisher County Farm Bureau after 34 years of dedicated service. Pat and Jack made Rotan their home for almost 50 years, raising their two boys, who gave Pat and Jack six beautiful granddaughters. Pat and Jack enjoyed many summers as KOA work campers in Estes Park, Colorado, as well as traveling across the country, visiting every state.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Prestle and Dee Pointer Penn, and her beloved Jack in July. She is survived by one sister, Nancy Bellaire of Frisco, TX; two sons, Jack Jr. of Gordonville, TX, and Michael of Abilene, TX; six granddaughters; several great-grandchildren; her best friend, Becky Sutterfield, of Tye, TX; and many other family and friends.
