Patricia Ann Coberly entered this life June 13, 1944 in Portales, Roosevelt County, New Mexico the ninth child of Daniel Theodore Gregory and Eulena Johnston, and went into the comforting hands of her Heavenly Father early Sunday morning February, 21, 2016 in Early, Brown County, Texas at the age of 71 years.
She had eight siblings, namely: Daniel Theodore Jr., Robert Eugene, Marvin Leroy, Wilburn, Betty Lou, Charles Ray, Gerald Wayne, and Billy Joe. When she was 28, she married Joe Harlow Coberly Jr., on March 17, 1973 in Reno, Washoe County, Nevada.
Patricia was many things in her life, Daughter, Wife, Mother, but her greatest joy was her grandchildren, who called her Damma. Pat was in poor health these last months and we cannot express enough thanks to the nurses and aids of Gentivia Hospice for their professional care and unlimited patience. We will never forget you Patricia Ann and will love you forever.
Survivors include her husband of 42+ years Joe Harlow Coberly, Jr.; grandchildren Shane C.J. Blackburn, Camilla N. Blackburn, Kyle S. Blackburn and Shawna M. Blackburn; Sister Betty Lou Harbeson; Brother Charles Ray Gregory; Aunt Billy P. Sawyer and by numerous nieces and nephews, including two special ones, Shirley L. Harbeson and Douglas Harbeson II.She was preceded in death by her daughter Michelle Patrice Thomson Blackburn, her parents Daniel and Eulena Gregory and brothers Wilburn, Daniel, Robert, Gerald, Marvin, Billy.
