Organizers for the Brownwood Reunion Celebration announced today that country music star Pat Green will now headline the Friday night concerts on September 19th at their annual event.
The classic rock band Survivor was originally scheduled to appear on Friday, but had to cancel because of the unexpected death of their lead singer Jimi Jamison.
Pat Green has been a Texas country artist since 1995 and has recorded a total of ten studio albums. Fifteen of his singles have charted and his newest single “Girls From Texas” featuring Lyle Lovett will be released later this month.
The country band Restless Heart will headline the concerts on Saturday, September 20th. They are best known for their number one song “Bluest Eyes in Texas.”
Advance concert tickets are now on sale for $25 each night. Tickets are on sale at the Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce, Heartland Mall, KOXE, and Brownwood Music. Tickets are also available online at CelebrateBrownwood.com.
